class=\"wp-block-heading\">International Partnerships<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Those interested in cooperating with the State University of Londrina should send a request by email to\u00a0the International Relations Office at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cooperacao@uel.br\">cooperacao@uel.br<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In general, the cooperation begins through a Memorandum of Understanding, which is a broad-spectrum draft. It is the&nbsp;partnership\u2019s starting point, and generally encompasses the university as a whole. The Specific Agreements are based on the Memorandum of Understanding,&nbsp;and they can address both academic exchange (for students, professors and\/or administrative staff) and\/or scientific cooperation.
